Privacy policy

MP3 Converter Studio ("the app") is an Android app published by TheYourList. This policy explains what the app collects, what it deliberately does not, and which third parties receive data.
The short version. Your audio and video files never leave your phone. Every conversion runs on the device itself — there is no upload, no server-side processing and no cloud storage. The app has no accounts and never asks you to sign in.
Your media files
The app needs permission to read the audio and video on your device so it can convert, cut, join, split and mix the files you choose. That access is used only while you are using a tool, and only on the files you pick.
- Nothing is uploaded. Files are decoded and re-encoded on your phone.
- Nothing is copied elsewhere. Output is written to your own Music folder, under Music/MP3 Converter Studio.
- We cannot see your files. Neither TheYourList nor any third party receives their contents, names or metadata.
Microphone
The voice recorder uses the microphone only while you are on the recorder screen and have started a recording. Recordings are saved to your Music folder like any other output and are never transmitted.
What is collected
The app uses two third-party services that do collect data, and Google Play for purchases.

What is not collected
- No account, email address, phone number or name — the app has no sign-in.
- No contacts, no calendar, no precise GPS location.
- No audio or video content, and no file names or paths.
- No payment card details.
Your advertising ID
Ads are personalised using your device's advertising ID. You can reset it or opt out of personalised ads at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Buying any Premium plan removes every ad from the app.
Children
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data retention and your rights
Because the app stores nothing on our own servers, there is no account to delete and no archive of your data to request. To remove the analytics and advertising data held by the third parties above, uninstall the app and reset your advertising ID; you may also contact Google and Unity directly using the links above.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
